An accidental entrepreneur, Dave’s specialty is building professional services companies based on great talent and team collaboration, a skill that has served him well as the co-founder of Centare. He started his own career as a software developer and company man, but discovered an unshakeable entrepreneurial streak in 1997 and has been involved in growing professional services companies ever since.

In his free time, Dave likes to cross-country ski, run, wakeboard and try to get through the piles of industry books that land on his desk.

Becky is a results-driven financial executive focused on the success of Centare in leading business growth, establishing and scaling operational efficiencies and fostering Centare’s employee experience.  Becky makes certain that Centare’s operational capabilities keep pace with the company’s rapid growth.  She is the co-founder behind the scenes that keeps things in motion.

In this season of life, Becky shuttles her active daughters to and from their activities, cheering them on enthusiastically (much to their embarrassment).  Other favorites include serving in her church’s music ministry, golfing or lounging at her family cabin by the lake with a good book.
