  • Insurance – Centare offers medical, dental, life, short and long term disability programs.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) – Centare provides an annual FSA contribution of $1,000 and offers employees the ability to set aside their own additional tax free funds for medical and day care expenses.
  • Time Off – All Centare employees receive 28 paid days off per year. Plus additional time off is provided for training, as needed.
